Warning – another photo-heavy post. But, I’m having so much fun! DH had a birthday, so I made him a ‘pop-up’ card: And, we’ve been cooking. I have photos of the jerky we made (pork, beef and chicken), along with the homemade dog treats … The pups love them! Here’s the link to the dog …

Another catch-up post. Last I wrote, I was experiencing an internal GI over-haul. Five days of Jello, water and yogurt later – my gastrointestinal system and I were friends again. Fearing I was contagious at the time, I stayed in the studio, away from DH and the pups. Once normal, I hit our downstairs kitchen …

Which isn’t a bad thing … just a busy thing(!), as DH and I continue to take shifts watching over our Moms and pups, while squeezing in the rest of our daily duties … Here is a quick photo of some of Gina’s babies, who are 3 weeks old and growing by the minute! I’ve …

So, another catch-up post. I’ve been missing in action because my alien baby, Hollis decided to come back (abdominal cellulitis) about 3 weeks ago. I had daily visits to my Doc for antibiotic injections, changed up the oral antibiotics and I’m now waddling with a 5-6 month pregnant-look (improved). Fun times! We managed a vitrigraph …

Another catch-up post! Heeeeere we go … Eight days after Josie had her babies, our Gaia’s water broke – a couple days earlier than planned and a c-section was in order … Her pups are doing great, however first-time mom (our Miss Gaia or ‘Lady G’) has redefined the phrase ‘picky eater’ – and Mom’s …

But a GOOD week! Our Josie had her babies while I was working Sunday night. DH kept me updated. So, we spent our week on ‘pup watch’, with DH taking the day shift and me watching over the nights. While I miss my studio time, it always amazes me to see our babies grow and …

I have spring fever. I am so ready to do some things in the yard. I’ve been reading up and watching YouTube videos, and I think this year DH and I are finally ready to bring home some chickens! I’m so excited. But first, we’ll be converting an old shed into a coop for them. …

After last week’s huge mental blow, DH and I are starting to correct the insurance situation. I’ve reached out to my employer’s HR, but don’t hold much hope for assistance. In the meantime, I’m cooking like a fiend. And making cards. And making desserts. Apparently keeping busy is helping me … So, we’ve tried a …

We struggled in the nursery for a bit, as our Gina had her pups on Friday. Juggling the needs of the babies, new Moms, the rest of our four-legged crew and dinners … Whew! As we watch the newborns 24/7, DH and I flip to our best schedules – he takes the day watch and …

We’ve had a busy week … welcoming pups on Tuesday. Our Georgie is doing a great job as a first time Mom, but we’re staying close to keep an eye on all. So – I’ve had plenty of time to work on cards – stamping, masking, die-cutting, coloring … And(!) – I organized my growing …
