Finally …
(S)he sleeps. Or, I slept … in the non-Pretty-Woman version of the tale. But, ya know, it’s still a happy ending. Crashing for 14 hours after a week long bout of insomnia, with 4 hour ‘cat naps’ in between several undesired periods of 24 hours of wakefulness. Apparently, I was testing something in my system. …

in bits and spurts. I am having too much fun! But, to be fair – I did work a 24 hour nursing tour, played with puppies, marinated in the pool, paid bills, touched base with my 22 year old birthday girl, and got a nap or two … Now that I’ve shared …

Busy ~ but I’m lovin’ it!
What a week! I’ve been taking serious advantage of insomnia. I have 3 kilns running, and so much to report … Here’s what I worked on tonight: Fingers crossed it turns out as promising as I hope! And, I finished my fish ‘sculpture’ … the Twins gave it a ‘thumbs up’, and it’s kinda growing …
Moving along …
I have three kilns running! Yea BABY!!! More platters, dichro cabs (with some requested Angels), and a few experiments. Love it! And, I’ll have a de-bubble run coming later this week. Yep, moving along … Slept some 18 out of 28 hours(! – I know, right?!?) – so, I’m over the trauma …
Spinning my wheels …
but – still being productive. After seven phone calls, I have the next doctor’s appointment set, this time with an academic dermatologist (yeah, I didn’t realize there are different types either) … I see him in 6 weeks. Mixed results in the studio today, but overall – I’m happy. My irid platters are cooling in the kiln as I type … but that didn’t stop me from catching a quick peak/picture: HaHa!!! Much better … not perfect, but I like them! And, I have a mini tray fire-polishing in the little kiln. We’ll …
